Cosmetics Ltd (‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’). We are the controller of personal data obtained via our website,
meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.

To ensure you are kept up to date with the Hippy Cosmetics experience, we will use your personal data,
to send you updates by email, text message, telephone and/or postal mail about our new and existing
products and in regard to any exclusive offers, promotions or events. We may also show you online
media communications through external social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and
external digital advertisers such as Google.

We have a legitimate interest in using your personal data for marketing purposes (see above ‘How and
why we use your personal data
’). This means we do not need your consent to send you marketing
information. If we change our marketing approach in the future so that consent is needed, we will ask
for this separately and clearly.

Following the end of the of the relevant retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal
