Cosmetics Ltd (‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’). We are the controller of personal data obtained via our website,
meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.
We take your privacy very seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully as it contains important
information on who we are and how and why we collect, store, use and share any information relating

Google Analytics, Google Display Network impression reporting, Google Analytics demographics and
interest reporting), which are web analysis services provided by Google. Google utilises the data
collected to track and examine the use of shop.collectioncosmetics.co.uk, to prepare reports on its
activities and share them with other Google services. Google may use the data collected to

Marketing:
To ensure you are kept up to date with the Hippy Cosmetics experience, we will use your personal data,
to send you updates by email, text message, telephone and/or postal mail about our new and existing
products and in regard to any exclusive offers, promotions or events. We may also show you online
media communications through external social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram and
external digital advertisers such as Google.
We have a legitimate interest in using your personal data for marketing purposes (see above ‘How and
why we use your personal data’). This means we do not need your consent to send you marketing
information. If we change our marketing approach in the future so that consent is needed, we will ask
for this separately and clearly.
You have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by:

- this may not stop service message such as order updates.

organisations outside the Hippy Cosmetics group for marketing purposes.

Who we share your personal data with:
We routingely share personal data with:
- third parties we use to help deliver our products to you, e.g. payment service providers,
warehouses and delivery companies; - other third parties we use to help us run our business, e.g. marketing agencies; and/or
- our bank(s)

can only use your personal data to provide services to us and to you.

How long your personal data will be kept:
We will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes set out in this Notice.

In summary, various laws, accounting and regulatory requirements applicable to us require us to retain
certain records for specific amounts of time. In relation to your personal data, we will hold this only for
so long as we require that personal data for legal or regulatory reasons or for legitimate organisational
purposes. We will not keep your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes for which we collect
them.
Following the end of the of the relevant retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal
data.
Transferring your personal data out of the UK and EEA:
To deliver our Hippy Cosmetics products to you, it is sometimes necessary to share your personal
information outside of the EEA This will typically occur when service providers are located outside the
EEA or if you are based outside the EEA. If we transfer your personal information outside the EEA, we
will ensure that the transfer will be compliant with data protection law and all personal data will be
secure.
The EEA, UK and other countries outside the EEA and the UK have differing data protection laws, some

and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do
